GET Program 2014- Reliance Life Sciences

Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) 2014

Eligibility:

  • Candidates with B. Pharm. degree with first class are eligible to apply.
  • Only those candidates who have completed the degree program in 2013 and those who are expected to complete the degree program in 2014 will be considered.

Selection:

  • The selection process would comprise two tier interviews.
  • Successful candidates will be admitted to the program upon completion of medical check-up.

Curriculum:

  • This two year long program would begin with two weeks of extensive classroom training.
  • The participants will then be assigned to manufacturing plants for on-the-job training.

Objectives:

  • To acquire knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
  • To acquire knowledge of manufacturing plant, automation, process equipment and clean utilities
  • To acquire knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
  • To acquire knowledge of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities:


  •          To run manufacturing processes in shifts.
  •       To comply with cGMP
  •      To fulfill manufacturing target

Performance evaluation

  • Performance of the participants will be evaluated during the entire duration of the program using relevant matrices.

Reporting:

  • Administrative Reporting to Reliance Institute of Life Sciences Functional
  • Reporting to manufacturing plant head or to a person nominated by him

Stipendium:

  • An amount of INR 180,000/- will be paid to each participant per annum in the first year.
  • An amount of INR 240,000/- will be paid to each participant per annum in the second year.

Leave:


  • About 24 days paid leave will be given in a calendar year which can’t be accrued.
