GET Program 2014- Reliance Life Sciences
Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) 2014
Eligibility:
- Candidates with B. Pharm. degree with first class are eligible to apply.
- Only
those candidates who have completed the degree program in 2013 and those
who are expected to complete the degree program in 2014 will be
considered.
Selection:
- The
selection process would comprise two tier interviews.
- Successful
candidates will be admitted to the program upon completion of medical
check-up.
Curriculum:
- This two
year long program would begin with two weeks of extensive classroom
training.
- The
participants will then be assigned to manufacturing plants for on-the-job
training.
Objectives:
- To
acquire knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
- To
acquire knowledge of manufacturing plant, automation, process equipment
and clean utilities
- To
acquire knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- To
acquire knowledge of manufacturing processes
Responsibilities:
- To run manufacturing processes in shifts.
- To comply with cGMP
- To fulfill manufacturing target
Performance evaluation
- Performance
of the participants will be evaluated during the entire duration of the
program using relevant matrices.
Reporting:
- Administrative Reporting to Reliance Institute of Life Sciences Functional
- Reporting to manufacturing plant
head or to a person nominated by him
Stipendium:
- An amount of INR 180,000/- will be paid to each participant per
annum in the first year.
- An amount of INR 240,000/- will be paid to each participant per
annum in the second year.
Leave:
- About 24 days paid leave will be given in a calendar year which
can’t be accrued.
